Desmond George Sinclair was born in Kingston, Jamaica to Veronica Campbell and Lloyd George Sinclair (both deceased).  During his tender years he attended Saint Aloysius Boys School and Saint Andrew Technical High School.  Before migrated to the USA, he worked in Guantanamo Bay Cuba as a Fire Fighter.

Desmond – has been in the public accounting area for over twenty years. He has worked extensively with small to medium sized firms, not-for profit organizations and several municipalities; enjoys working with clients with emphasis on creating sound accounting practices, financial statement preparations, income tax planning and preparations and business consultations. His greatest achievement is the trust he’s established and maintained with his friends, associates, and business clients.  They depend on him and he thrives on exceeding their expectations.  Currently, Desmond is an auditor with the City of Hartford, Connecticut.

Mr. Sinclair is currently the president of the West Indian Independence Committee; Treasurer of Hartford Municipal Employees Association; Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant; Member of Connecticut Certified Public Accountant; Member of Institute of Internal Auditor; Member of Southern New England Institute of Internal Auditors; Deputy Chair Commission of Aging City of Hartford.

He graduated from the University of Maryland with a Master Degree in Information Technology (Concentration in Cyberspace and Data Security and Assurance) and from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Concentration Accounting).

Desmond enjoys traveling, and being with his family and friends.  He and his wife Connie lives in Hartford for over twenty years and has six adult children and numerous grand-children.
