Natasha Samuels
Public Relations
Natasha is responsible for ensuring that all WIIC materials have consistent and positive messaging and branding, cultivating relationships with media, and maximizing the brand presence of the organization. In addition to WIIC, Natasha serves as a member of the Community Advisory Board for Connecticut Public radio and television. She has previously volunteered with Dress for Success, Literary Volunteers and was a member of the executive board of the West Indian Social Club of Hartford, Inc. A native of Jamaica, she is a travel enthusiast, aspiring photographer and visual storyteller. She brings her love of West Indian culture; communications, organizational and project management skills; and experience of volunteering with Hartford based West Indian organizations.
She holds a B.S. degree from Syracuse University and a certificate of legal studies from the University of Hartford. She manages the patent portfolio of a Connecticut based private university.
