Introduction
Meet the masqueraders after the parade by the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Arch at our second LIVE stage! We will have the judging, presentations to our Grand Marshals and performances by our parade participants.
Beginning in 2025, we’re revamping the way we host Carnival Village in response to the challenges we’ve encountered in recent years.
