Arts and Craft vendors will be in our marketplace selling t-shirts, flags, toys, games, jewelry, souvenirs, paintings, wood carvings, incense, pottery and more. Bring cash and or have a debit or credit card ready for smooth and quick transactions.

What to Expect
The Parade/Carnival will kick off at 12 noon and will be featuring different entries/bands, many of whom will be dressed in traditional Caribbean carnival costumes meandering around on our approved parade route. Our concert will begin at 3pm will feature live performances from combination of local, emerging, and international Caribbean talents.
The Street Carnival/Parade of Bands coupled with the live concert segment in the Bushnell Park will attract thousands of people from around Hartford, CT and beyond. This is your opportunity to connect with the people from various backgrounds.

You may be photographed at any WIIC Hartford event for West Indian Independence Celebration, Inc's promotional purposes. These event photos may be used at WIIC Hartford’s discretion for promotional purposes without your specific written consent and/or without compensation.
You must be 21 or older with valid ID to consume alcohol at certain vendors. WIIC Harford promotes responsible drinking.
